✅ Return Policy / रिटर्न नीति:

• Return Duration / रिटर्न की अवधि: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  उत्पाद डिलीवरी के 7 दिनों के भीतर रिटर्न किया जा सकता है।
• Return Conditions / रिटर्न की शर्तें:
  • Product must be unused and in original condition.
    उत्पाद बिना उपयोग के और मूल स्थिति में होना चाहिए।
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice required.
    ओरिजिनल पैकेजिंग, टैग और इनवॉइस जरूरी है।
• Non-Returnable Items / जिन्हें वापस नहीं किया जा सकता:
  • Used, damaged, or tampered products
    उपयोग किए गए, टूटे हुए या छेड़छाड़ किए गए उत्पाद
  • Gift cards, personalized items, or opened electronics
    गिफ्ट कार्ड, व्यक्तिगत आइटम या खुले हुए इलेक्ट्रॉनिक सामान

💸 Refund Policy / रिफंड नीति:

• Refund Mode / रिफंड का तरीका: Refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, bank, etc.) within 5-7 business days after product inspection.
  रिफंड आपके मूल भुगतान तरीके (UPI, बैंक, आदि) में 5-7 कार्यदिवस में किया जाएगा, जब उत्पाद की जांच हो जाए।
• Shipping Charges / शिपिंग चार्ज: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or wrong.
  शिपिंग चार्ज रिफंड नहीं किया जाएगा जब तक कि उत्पाद गलत या डिफेक्टिव न हो।

🔄 Exchange Policy / एक्सचेंज नीति:

• We offer exchange only for damaged or defective products.
  हम केवल डैमेज या डिफेक्टिव उत्पादों के लिए एक्सचेंज की सुविधा देते हैं।
• Send photos/videos of the damage to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  डिलीवरी के 48 घंटे के अंदर डैमेज की फोटो/वीडियो हमारी सपोर्ट टीम को भेजें।

📩 How to Request a Return / रिटर्न कैसे करें:

1. Email us at support@onestoptrend.com with your order ID and reason.
   हमें अपना ऑर्डर ID और कारण के साथ ईमेल करें: support@onestoptrend.com
2. Wait for our approval and pickup instructions.
   हमारी टीम से अनुमति और पिकअप की जानकारी प्राप्त करें।
3. Pack the product securely.
   उत्पाद को सुरक्षित रूप से पैक करें।
4. Once we receive and inspect, refund/exchange will be processed.
   हमें उत्पाद मिलते ही जांच कर के रिफंड/एक्सचेंज किया जाएगा।

❗ Important Notes / महत्वपूर्ण बातें:

• Return without approval will not be accepted.
  बिना अनुमति के रिटर्न स्वीकार नहीं होगा।
• For COD orders, bank details may be required for refund.
  Cash on Delivery ऑर्डर के लिए रिफंड में बैंक डिटेल्स लगेंगी।
